Corsair 450w

thinking about getting an upgrade, might treat my self and up my budget by getting a Q6600 instead of an e2***
only thing im wondering (which is a decision altering question) lol
since iv already brought the Corsair 450w and will not upgrade it! will it be ok with the following spec (when upgraded)

Q6600 (very high chance ill keep at stock)
freezer 7 pro (do i really need it?)
P35 MOBO (not 100% decided on one please advise) (must be cheapest range)
2 GB DDR800 RAM (the ultra low-lat one)
20x sata dvd-rw
x1950 512mb 1300mhz (already have)
400 GB SATA (already have)
160 GB SATA (already have)

if my psu wont handle that stuff then would an e2180 or e2200 be ok with it??

I think the PSU will be fine, but you won't have much headroom for adding anything else. The Abit IP35 would be a good choice of motherboard and would allow you to overclock if you wanted to. You don't need a Freezer 7 unless you are planning on overclocking.
