Corsair 460x with six fans - Noisy!

So I've just completed my new build in a Corsair 460X RGB and I've got six SP120 RGB fans in there. Of course, it looks great but with them all running at 12v it's a little noisy for my liking.

I assume this would let me lower the fans speeds and/or create my own fan profile?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Will that work with those fans, not sure if they are PWM?

Is there a step down reducer thing in the box to reduce voltage/speed?

They're three pin so I assume they aren't PWM. No step down in the box.

I thought, maybe wrongly, that the NZXT could adapt the voltage/wattage supplied to each fan and therefor control the speed that they ran. Am I wrong about that then?

EDIT - (Note: PWM fans on GRID+ V2 will still be controlled via voltage not PWM duty)

Looks like the GRID+ V2 does use voltage to control speed so I should be fine.
