Corsair 550D - How to install bottom fans ?

mounting points don't seem to have any threads ? you seem to need rubber threaded mounting points like used on the rear

mine didn't come with any though

any ideas please ?

Not sure if the case should come standard with these (check with other users), but you could use these:

King Damager - aha - thanks - I'd forgotten about rubber grommets they'd do the trick ta

will order some in - in meantime I'll check to see if any should be included - seems odd to have fan positions you can't use out of the box so to speak

Mine came with enough spare screws to mount four addition fans in the top/side/bottom positions. It also came with different screws for mounting fans to the rear of the drive bays.
