does anyone know if a 240mm rad will fit in the front of the 600t without and case modding at all??

I wouldn't think so, you'd need to cut into the optical bays. A 200mm rad should fit just fine though.

A thin 240mm will fit in the top such as an XSPC EX240 (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-084-XS)

In the front you can fit a Phobya 200mm Radiator

You can also fit a 360 in the top with very limited modding.
