Hey chaps, hopefully if your reading this you own a corsair 650d, im after some ideas about three things, the first being the USB3 front headers, they have pass through cables i believe (still quite new to system building) I can't see how to factor them into my current build as from what i can see they need to go out and into the case somehow and i still only end up with 2 usb3 ports. secondly im after any ideas for case mods, lights and so on, any pictures you guys have would be welcome, and finally the front is looking a bit bare, so i was thinking of getting a fan controller or some sort of screen to give me something to look at :D - i don't really have a need for a fan controller but any other options?

Re: the USB 3 cables you run them out of the case via one of the water cooling gromets and plug them into any available USB 3 ports on the main IO panel on the back of your motherboard.

Hope that makes sense lol on my phone at the moment.

Budget to replace the 200mm fans - they're disappointingly loud, particularly the front (due to intake).

I'm not sure if those who have done this have seen any improvement. Mine aren't connected to the controller as it needs molex  and that would mean routing a whole other modular cable just for that...

Front USB 3 cables....?

If your mobo has the blue USB output port like mine (Asrock Extreme 7) something like this works a treat:

Just roll the cables up and tuck them away in cable management. ;)

nice one! ordered!
