Thinking of replacing my new 600T with a 650D however was thinking, is the 650D full metal or is a lot of it plastic like the 600T?

Also, can you fit a Spectre Pro 200mm in the top of this case as I know you cannot in the 600T.

The 650d has a near identical internal layout to the 600t but with a slightly raised roof. It's basically a skinny 600t with a top hat.
The front is black brushed aluminium.
I'm not sure about the 200mm fan, but corsair have their new 120mm fans now that look really nice.

If I cannot fit a 200mm Spectre Pro in the top I'll be grabbing 2x140mm Spectre Pro fans. So all of the panels are metal? I have a 600T and NZXT Phantom and the mass of plastic can get rather annoying.

I think the front profile of the 600t is gawjus, but I know what you mean about the plastic being annoying. For me it's the cracking sounds when it heats up or cools down >.<. The phantom imo is hideous and computerchavvy, lol.

AFAIK the 650d is all metal. Check here:

edit: front is ally, rest is steel.

Okay, thanks. I really like the 600T but the plastic and curves just mean the case is generally not great. The panels never seem to properly line up and there is gaps and lines everywhere where two panels meet.

did they ever fix the front fan grill issues with the 650d ? it used to make too much noise because of the design ?

Bones do you have a Spectre Pro in yours? I have a 600T and the Bitfenix fans do not fit. I have the stock corsair one in but Spectre Pros wont fit in. Also, the front grill issue is still around on the 600T so I imagine it is still there on the 650D too.

I have a spectre pro in the top and at the front, I don't notice any noise from the front grill but you can always cut it out if you find its a problem
