Corsair 650w overkill for this?

Hi,
My old setup's five years old so building a new system. This is what I'm looking to build now:

E2180 to 3+Ghz
2x2gb DDR2
Asus P5Q-E mobo
ATI HD 4850 video
Digital TV Card
74gb SATA Raptor
2x80gb SATA drives in RAID
1x250gb SATA
1 IDE optical

I'm hoping to add a Bluray drive to that soon. Eventually, I want to upgrade the cpu to an overclocked quadcore but I'm not likely to change the GPU.

Low noise, reliability and efficiency are important to me. I've found the reviews on SilentPC helpful and feel happy with the Corsair PSU's.

OcUK don't sell the cheaper 500w Corsairs so I'm looking at:
Corsair VX 450W at £46.99
Corsair TX 650W at £64.61

My PC is used a lot and I don't want to change my PSU for a very long time so I'm leaning towards the 650w. Is that overkill?

My old Antec Trupower 380w PSU died taking the mobo with it so I think I'll give Antec a miss this time around but how reliable are OCZ and Enermax? The OCZ StealthXStream 500w looks quite a saving at £43.46 but would I be better going for the VX 450W instead?
 
Netherlands? Hmm, I thought the first year'd be covered by OcUK? I think you get a 5 year warranty with Corsair so then I'd have to send it to Holland.

That's better than 1 year of UK RMA and then nothing afterward. Yeah?

They are indeed. I'm using the 74gb as my main drive and the 250gb for media. I've been given the 2x80gb but can't use them at the moment as my NF7-S only takes 2 SATA drives.

I'm not sure whether I will raid them or not but I put it up for the sake of power calculations.

The whole of europe is the netherlands for corsairs rma they have no plans to make a uk address and disturbingly more and more manu are closing uk rma and moving to holland/germany.

C64 - Ouch! I read up on your plight. Are you going to RMA the replacement as well?
 
Ok, my final call! I'm currently going for the 450w. If anyone can give a good reason for me not to go for it, SPEAK NOW or forever hold yer tongue!
