Just ordered a 680x and 3 more of LL120 fans, and was wondering about the best fan setup for those 3 extra fans, specifically for the gpu (an Asus 2080 blower design), as it as a habit of spinning up to full speed a bit to often in my current Antec case.

2 bottom intakes and a top exhaust maybe??

I would personally pop 2 of the extra LL120’s in the top for exhaust and one in the back for exhaust.

Then get 2 black stealth fans something like the Arctic P14’s as you can fit 140mm fans in the bottom of that case to intake cold air for the GPU (Could always use 120mm fans if you wanted)

Agree with above, 2 for top, 1 for back(both exhausting, and prob put a 240 rad on top too for cpu). If you want 2 for bottom, as they will be drawing air in, and want the same look, go for 2 ql120's, as the outer ring led's are on the back as well as front. TBH, if you're buying them new, just get QL120's...not that much difference in price when buying upfront, and the front and back led's make it easier if you change cases in future and need to flip the fans from exhaust to draw

did you get the 680x at at good price. Been one of the cases I've been looking at. Seen wild swings in the price last few weeks (£70 up and down diff)

Cheers for the advice, got a pair of LL140's for the bottom intake.

No idea about if it was a good price or not:) ordered from here on Sat, tbh I liked the idea of the older version when I was looking at replacing mine a while back, read a few reviews that seemed favourable, and my antec has that vertical split concept already.
I've got Corsair kb/mice and their monitor strips, so also liked the idea of all the lights syncing up.

Only downside with the LL140's is you wont see the light loop part when using them as intake on the bottom as they will be face down :(
