Corsair 760T Top Panel

Ok so the top panel of the 760t is removable, however I don't like what it looks like when the panel is removed. I want to put a radiator in the top of my case but I worry that if I do this I will be forced to take the top panel off for airflow reasons.

Has anybody tried running a 760t with the top panel on to see how much hotter it runs compared to with the panel off?

I have 760t + h105 in roof as exhaust.

With top panel on there is no space for air flow, it's a flush finish. I haven't tested it but I highly doubt it would work.

I also much prefer the looks with top panel on, though I've got used to it.

Ahh that's annoying. Wonder how easy it would he to lift it up slightly to allow airflow? I'll leave it off for the moment though

I thought of doing this, but prefer the look with no top panel.

Another alternative that I'm still thinking of is a white dust filter. Demciflex make a custom filter for the 760t roof. Though it's not cheap.

Ilmot sure about that it's too high I think. White dust filter would be a great shout though. I'll check out the demi flex filter, thanks!

Just ordered one of these in white. Looks like it'll take a few weeks to get here but will let you know if its any good

White filter arrived today and it looks a bit crap lol. It is too see through, if you want a filter for the top I would get the black one as I think that will look better than white.

That's a shame, thanks for posting though. They should really make it more clear on their site that it's transparent.

You could perhaps try and return and get the black filter instead.

I myself have got used to the top with no lid, quite like it now
