Corsair 900D queries

I just recently bought a 900D from Corsair and I have a few queries.

Firstly, is the case suppose to come with a manual? All that came with mine was a quick start guide that is next to useless. I've tried finding a manual online but have come up short.

Secondly, the metal flap at the bottom seems to be very odd when closing. Like it catches on something and there's sort of a knack to closing it. Is this what it's suppose to be like or is mine just stiff?

It doesnt come with a manual and i couldnt find one myself when building, I also had the same issue with the bottom side panel and i tracked it down to some small piece of tape stuck in the hinges on the bottom of the panel just have a good look around there.

One other thing the paint finish on the internal metal parts is very soft and prone to stripping, i would recommend using plastic or rubber washers where ever possible as I have damaged mine pretty badly so had to do some touch ups.

Thanks for responding. Can't see any tape stuck on the hinges though. It's weird, I can't seem to figure out why it's doing that.
