Has anyone used a non Corsair mini USB to USB header lead from the pump to motherboard?
I've installed an H115i on a Asrock Z68 Extreme 7 Gen 3, but I the USB cable cant be installed due to clearance issues with heatsinks on the motherboard!
I have looked online and ordered a couple of alternative cables, but wondered if anyone had run into similar issues?
Is the USB cable needed to have the pump control the fans as temps increase?...do I need it?
I could just rotate the pump, but I'm being OCD and want corsair to be written the right way up... should have gone for the 600c inverted case. LOL
