Corsair overclocks DDR3 memory to 2 GHz

The battle goes on, don't remember it happening this quickly with DDR2.

EDIT: BTW Your topic is misleading, it says " Corsair overclocks DDR3 memory to 2 GHz" not " Corsair announces 2000MHz DDR3 memory kit ".

That reads to me as this RAM is simply overclocked not offical 2000mhz.

Fair point, should have thought the title through a bit more. Does show that corsair intends to put something like that out as most of their DDR2 dominator RAM is already running close to its limit at stock speeds.

Our first released "fast" part won't be 2000. I don't know the exact spex yet.
