Corsair AX850 modular cable question

I have a Corsair AX850 which is powering:
usual PC stuff
1x GTX770
1x sata optical drive
1x sata SSD

I don't have any spare cables because I bought it second hand.

In order to add an additional hard drive, do I now need to spend £35+ on an entire cable set like this? http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/profes...650-individually-sleeved-modular-cables-black

Or am I able just to buy the cable I need? (generic brand would be fine, if it works)

You could use something like this where you plug the end of your sata power lead into it and gain 4x extra plugs or even a sata splitter cable. If you have molex leads you could use a molex - sata adaptor.
