Corsair AX850 to HX750i

Hey guys

So I was running 2 7950's recently then I switched to a Sapphire R9 Fury whilst on a Corsair AX850. This died and Corsair replaced it with a HX750i.

I don't see myself going crossfire any time soon so I guess the 750i would be suitable for my needs.

Would it be stupid to tell corsair I wanted a 850 PSU or should I just use the 750i?

I wouldn't have accepted a HX750i, that's a downgrade. They should have sent you a AX860 which would have been a like for like exchange as the AX860 replaced the AX850.
 
Just what I was thinking, don't want to be short on power if I can help it. Guess they tried to save themselves a few quid sending me the 750i.
Gonna message them to see what they say
 
The 750 will more than fit your needs but it's definitely a downgrade so worth asking for something more equivalent to your existing PSU.
