Corsair AX860 opinions?? NEED A QUICK REPLY

so basically, i can get a Corsair AX860 Platinum for £90 delivered and i see this as a really good deal (i hope lol) and im going to be running CF 290 and a AMD 8320, and i dont know what else will make a massive difference, but these are the biggest power draws in the system, so im just naming them, if you need specifics, just ask.
So would i have enough juice with a little bit to spare?

Also another option, be quiet! Power Zone 1000W Brone Rating (techpowerup said this could easily be gold because of the actual efficiency but bequiet underrated it) and i can get it for about the same price
