Corsair C70 Military Green - Help finding matching paint.

Hey there,

I need some help.
I'm looking on the internet (UK retailers/Sellers eBay etc..) for matching paint.
I'm quite sure the green of this case is Olive Drab, however.. when looking on eBay there are 3 different shades or this, I found one is called 1942 Olive which is slightly brighter, but there are so many people listing these paints under the same names.

Adding to the matter, I am also a tiny bit colour blind.. :o
Can anyone drop me a link or two to the correct colour?
(Cheap cans, it's not going outside and doesn't need weather resistance and UV protection :P it's to spray bezels on of DVD drives etc..)

Couldn't you take it to a paint place, Halfords (fairly sure they do colour match) or something get a paint match and get a colour code and exact colour made up? Just a thought..
 
As the others have said, your best bet is to go to somewhere that does a colour matching service. Pretty sure Homebase also do this service.
 
The best match I've got so far is
BS381 - 337 Very Dark Drab or Very Dark Olive Drab.

If you go to Halfords they can make something called "Toyota Olive Dreb" (or Dred I forget)

I have some fake Dark Olive Drab from Halfords in a Spray can, it almost as dark as the C70, but not quite there, I would avoid it if someone is looking for matching paint.
I'm ordering some BS381 - 337 next week, and quite sure it's the right colour.

This would be so much easy if Corsair just old us what Green it is, all Military paint has Colour Codes..

Shame I can't set the thread to Fixed or resolved for other people looking to get the correct paint..

Could email corsair support and ask them for the RAL# or Colour code of the paint and you could get it made up at most decent automotive paint sellers.
