Hi Guys,

Just wanted a bit of advice on my current build.
So last month I upgraded my GPU to a GTX 770 Phantom and had issues fitting this into my new case. So I rushed down to my local PC store to see what they had in stock. The best thing I could get my hands on at the time was a Corsair Carbide 300r (Windowed).

I really had my eye on the Corsair Graphite 760t case. (very shiny:eek:)

So I got the case home and was really impressed on how good value for money it was. A solid case with plenty of room to build in. Good cable management.
10/10 for the price.

With the Corsair Graphite 760t case in mind i began thinking I could make this look very sexy indeed..

Here's my shopping list:

Fans/Lighting:

I decided first things first 2x White LED 140mm fans in front of the case. You can see where I'm going with this...

Top of case: 2x White LED 140mm fans.

The Carbide 300r has a fair sized window and wanted to show off as much of my internals as possible with budget in mind.

The NZXT CB-LED10-WT 12x White LED Sleeve - 1m seemed best value for money. And £9.98 inc VAT seems like a bargain. Should give the inside a nice glow. Plus you can adjust brightness ect.

Cables:

To really spruce things up a bit the next thing on my list was the BitFenix Alchemy Cable Bundle - White at £28.45 inc VAT.
I really love the look of the individual braided cables really finishes the look imo.

Front Bay:

I decided I wanted some control over my shiny white fans for obvious reasons. So my next choice was the BitFenix Recon Internet-Connected Fan Controller (Black) at £23.99 inc VAT. Not a bad price and i have heard many good things.

So my shopping basket separate of what I paid to the case has come to £94.36.

So my question is do I just bite the bullet and get the Corsair Graphite 760t case. Or go ahead with my build in the Carbide 300r????
I know This is an entry level case Could it look great or will I just be polishing a turd? So to speak:rolleyes:

You're thoughts and kind wisdom are much appreciated...

Cheers,
Socom.

Thanks so much guys,
I decided to go ahead with the build. Parts should be here tomorrow.
I really interested to see how this will turn out.
I will post some pics of the build after I'm done :)
And yes I am a big fan of the Obsidian series. The 450D looks great.
