Corsair Carbide 540 and H100i

I am currently rebuilding my pc. I am planning on picking up a H100i and mounting it on the top. Am I best to intake air from the top down (fresh air from outside) or go with convection and set it to exhaust out the top of the case? I have 3 x 120mm intake at the front and a a 1 x 140mm rear exhaust.

I've tried both & found my temps a couple of degrees cooler when I exhaust on the H100i.

Ok thanks, I'll give that a go.. Do you still have a rear exhaust fan? Or have set that to intake?

It also help with positive pressure. Front In, Top & Rear Out!

I have a 120mm rear exhaust fan, but my gpu is watercooled as well with a H55 (120mm rad), so the exhaust fan cools that as well.
