Has anyone used one of these and if so, are they any good?

CMXZF2 RAM Cooler

Just wondering if it was worth installing one over my XMS3 RAM whilst I'm overclocking.

seen a lot of people saying the ram coolers dont push a lot of air.

seen a lot of cases with these in

and positioned over the ram.
