Hi,

I need to buy RAM for my build and before I buy it just need some info.


I take it this should be fine on the new MSI z97 but is it worth it?

I want the RAM to be red.

Any info would be great.

1) slow speed
2) poor timings

what you're looking for is either 2133mhz c9 or 2400mhz c10

that ram is 1866mhz c11

Thanks, I was looking at the Avexir RAM but they only do 8gb (2x4) and I want atleast 16gb (4x4) to fill up my mobo.

Not sure what to get now.....
 
I do a lot of photo editing as I a part time wedding photographer, so I know from reading the forum that 8gb is fine for gaming, but will it be ok for CS5 ect.
