Hi Guys i was wondering if anyone is able to advise. Im looking to get a commander core for 6 corsair ql 140 fans. I was intially set at getting the commander core xt but came across the commander core RGB fan controller (CW-8960071). The thing that really twigged my intrest is there an ext port on it and im wanting to know what that port is actually for. i have a 9 pin case fan controller button on my case which is cooler master c700p balck edition. I wanted to check if its possible to connect the inbuilt case fan speed button to the commander core as then it would the perfect controller for me. I have searched high and low for a manual for this particular fan control hub but i cannot find one therefore i cannot confirm the particular use of the ext port on the hub. is anyone able to advise??

From the Corsair website: The Commander CORE is the RGB and fan controller used for all Elite Capellix coolers and includes a unique 24-pin port for those coolers to plug into for control functionality.
So the ext. port powers the Capellix pump unit.
