I have an option of aquiring one of these if it will suffice my need, it will be powering this

Asus Z87-C
i5 4670k oc'd 4.4
16 Gig Ram
9800GTX+ (2x6 pin)
1 SSD
1 x 500Gig
4 x 2 TB

Currently have a Cooloermaster Bronze GX650W

Which is better Coolermaster of the Corsair? Or would you recommend a different PSU?

Cheers

My mobo has 3 different on board outputs, HDMI VGA and DVI, was curiour if I removed the 9800GTX+ card and used onboard instead would that be a tad slower?

Facebook, playing films, music... nothing major!!

The onboard should be plenty powerful enough for that. No need for a separate graphics card. You can take the 9800GTX out and you should get the same performance..

Same price as the CX500M here. I've had 50% Failure rate with Corsair PSU's in the last 6 years. I've bought two of these & both have been rock solid so far.

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £70.49
(includes shipping: £10.50)

Seconded, for that price it can't really be beaten. If you wanna spend more the EVGA 550W G2 would be a good choice or the Modular variant which is on sale right now for only £8 more https://www.overclockers.co.uk/supe...lus-gold-power-supply-gunmetal-ca-048-sf.html @op
