corsair cx600 psu making clicking noises after a new case setup

I've got a new silenced case antec p280 and has reduced the case noise a lot. But now the new case draws psu air from the underneath and the psu is upside down now, and is makinga lot of clicking noises, it's a mix between HD seek noise and cable in fan noise.

I have taken the MB cab out and did the power up without MB and have managed to isolate the noise from the PSU for sure.

Should I RMA this or return to ocuk?

I'm going for a silent mod so I can work and hear myself think, so I'm after the seassonic x-660. If I RMA can I get a refund on this?

It is annoying me because it is now the loudest noise emitter on the case, before the side panels were the noisiest but because the side panels have now been dampened the PSU is audible because the PSU noise from the bottom vent is not insulated.

I will have to take it out and retest it top side up, which is a right pain in the backside.
