Hi guys, I have Corsair DDR2 Ram 800MHz of 3Gb (3X1GB sticks). Currently I am running my ram @ 427MHz(DDR2-854MHz) on VDimm 1.8V (stock voltage); So it is mildly overclocked. I would like to know the maximum overclock people have achieved with this ram and what is the maximum acceptable VDimm? Also how high can I go with this ram on stock voltage? Thanks!:)

My mobo is Gigabyte EP45 UD3LR.

I'm sorry, I can't answer your question. But may I ask - is your ram running in Dual channel mode (should be able to check using CPU-Z)?

Looking at the motherboard manual, there doesn't seem to be a way to populate 3 slots and maintain dual channel mode.

As I have 3Gb of Ram (3X1Gb sticks); it is running in 'flex memory mode'. So 2 sticks of 1Gb each are running in Dual channel mode while the remaining 1Gb memory stick is running Single channel mode.
In CPU-Z it says 'Channels : Dual & Dc Mode: symmetric'

Thanks for the info . Which software program is good for ram testing and also how does ram testing work? I understand cpu and gpu overclock testing but I haven't got a clue about ram testing.
