Corsair Dead Ram

Just found out that my Corsair Ram that I got from here 3 months back is now dead. As it has lifetime warranty who do I return it to? OC or Corsair directly?

OcUK i believe are obliged to sort it within 12 months if you wish (i think)? But tbh, they'll just send it to corsair, so why add an extra delay ?

Generally better just to RMA to the manufacturer.

I'm not sure but if you send to OCUK they will probably just send it on your behalf.

It's usually a pretty quick turn around

You can do either. Currently, our direct RMA is still only via shipping to the USA so you may get faster service with your retailer. Let me know if I can assist in any way. We will gladly help if needed and RMA directly.

If you send it to OcUK they will pay the postage to the US, If you RMA it directly, you pay the postage to the US (quite pricey with insurance).
