Yes G.skill, Avexir, Kingston and Patriot will have 3200MHz+ stuff.

Most DDR4 can hit 3200-3600MHz, it clocks very well. :)
 
LAtencies have gone through the roof to hit those speeds.. I would not expect it to bring about much of a performance increase if any going to them if they have to push the other timings out so much
