Do OcUK plan to stock other Corsair dominator platinum RAM?

The only Dominator Platinum I can see is 2 x 8GB CL18 :(

I've been reading great things about the following kit, being able to take huge amounts of voltage whilst staying cool on air cooling. As in 1.65V, running 4000Mhz+ on CL14 T1! It's out of stock on the Corsair site but appears to be available around 15/01/22

Does anyone have this RAM who can comment on how it overclocks and performs in general? There's seems to be very little info from Corsair on their RAM. I had some Corsair RAM years ago and never had any issues with it.

I've just ordered it from elsewhere. Should be here on Thursday.
I had £45 voucher for there from my work so cost me £170. A friend said he will likely take my Ballistix for £100.

I feel like any G. Skill 3600C14 bin would do the same but the price is really good on this so can't complain. Corsair does have CMT32GX4M2Z4000C16 (4000 C16 at 1.4v) which should be a better bin but Corsair knows it... wanting an extra £50 for the privilege.

Plus over TeamGroup is a temp sensor but from the Taiphoon screenshot I saw it seems like you have a 50% chance of it actually working correctly or not: https://i.imgur.com/6xg6gWu.png

106c pretty toasty! :P

Maybe just Thaiphoon. Ive seen other screen shots of ram temp in there veing around that.
Zentimings or HWinfo64 might be correct

My kit arrived today. Its a fair size difference compared to my Ballistix kit. It will be a tight squeeze putting it in beside a dark rock pro 4 anyway! Fingers crossed it fits!

Did / Does it fit?
I've been trying to boot 2000FCLK on my current RAM and it flat refuses to even post.
Even with RAM at lowered frequency and increased voltages.

Sure its a BIOS thing.
I see MSI pulled the latest MEG Unify Windows 11 compatible BIOS from the download page.
I was using the one they pulled (A.B0) with updated AGESA 1.2.0.5. I'm now back on the previous BIOS (the latest showing on the MSI page) that is A.A0, AGESA 1.2.0.3b.

I haven't had a chance to even try yet.
I'm currently away from home until Monday evening now so won't get a chance to try until Tuesday/Wednesday now.
You'll likely have had a good chance to try them before I do.
I'll also need to update my Asus x570-E bios before I do.

Also thinking of getting that dominator platinum 3600mhz C14 kit for my system (5800x, X570 tomahawk). Currently running some patriot 32gb 3600mhz stuff at 3200mhz because I couldn't get it to run at xmp settings - in hindsight should probably have RMA'd it, especially reading some recent threads where it seems it's not an uncommon problem, but at the time I just wanted to get the system up and running so couldn't be bothered, and assumed it was due to my cpu or mobo not playing nicely for some reason.

Had basically decided I'd get the 8-pack 32gb C16 3600mhz stuff from ocuk next time it was on offer, but since then it, along with basically every other decent 32gb set has gone out of stock! Should have just gone for it when it was on offer for weeks and weeks last year.

Only thing is I wish the RAM was available as a vengeance LPX kit rather than dominator platinum, would prefer to have room for another fan on my cooler (nh d15s) in future, and no real desire for RGB in my build. Not the end of the world though.

I've got a similar sized cooler (BeQuiet Dark rock pro 4) with my dominator sticks. I had to put the front fan up about 1-2cm so it would fit. Doesn't look the greatest now. I had read that the front fan on it only really has a 1deg or so difference so may just remove it.

Yeah have heard the same for the D15s, that there's only a degree or so difference - still a bit of a shame that the option is taken away purely by some unnecessary RGB bits that make the kit cost more while being less practical. Still, guess I can see that most of the target market for this kit will be using an AIO, and the RGB is probably a plus for most people, so corsair won't have worried too much about cooler compatiblity. Oh well.

Absolutely, I would have preferred to use the cooler as it was intended but unfortunately not possible. I did look to see if there was another way but I don't think there is. I'll maybe go AIO one day but prefer the reliability and less chance of issues with air cooling.
