have been running 2GB (2x1GB) of this ram Corsair Dominator 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel in a GA-X38-DS4(F3 bios) with no problems
now..i have just got another pair cheap,has anybody had any problems using 4x1GB or is there any settings i need to be aware of,done a bit og googleing but without much success.
i am aware that using all ram slots put extra strain on mobo,with 2x1GB would have 3.6GHz (450x8) E8400 ram at stock 5:6 ratio,would this still be ok
vista32 at the momement will go 64 when ram arrives next week
