I bought a new case the Corsair 4000x and all the 3 fans it came with light up but only one of them spins

Even under load and warm? If they are driven directly by the motherboard they could be idle from not hitting a temp target.
Some things you could check to see if they help.
The iCUE Lighting Node CORE included in the case only powers the fans lighting and they need to be plugged in the rgb headers in ports 1-3, as if you jump one those headers say (1/3/4) the fans after the jump won't work, as they need to be in sequence.
Also do you have all 3 of fans connected to power headers on the motherboard?
