Corsair h100i Capellix- Pump Failure on startup

Hi All,

When i boot my pc and windows loads, the pump and connected fans (to the controller) flash red and run very fast and a warning comes up in the Icue software saying Pump Failure. This disappears and it all works normally after around 5-10 seconds. Its almost like i need to do a bit of work on the pc to warm it up. Is this normal? I only built the pc a few days ago. I have also contacted corsair support.

Any info will be greatly appriciated.

I don't think that's normal at all, have you tried reinstalling the software? Other then that maybe just wait for supoort to get back to you.

I will do that, I dont remember having the problem until i installed the Icue software.
