Corsair H100i Problem

Hello.

I have just purchased a Corsair H100i for my new build, but I have a problem. The H100i comes with a 3-pin CPU fan connector but my Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z Motherboard only has 4-pin fan headers? My question is, will I still be able to connect the H100i 3-pin fan connector to the 4-pin header without issues?

Yes, the fan headers can take 3 pin fan headers.

Yes. 3pin connector fit 4 pin headers. The plastic lugs on both with guide you to the correct placement.
