Corsair h150i elite lcd & 12700k

Hi all. I am currently using a Noctua nh d15 cooler on my 12700k and it’s running perfectly fine but I want to change to an aio for mainly aesthetic reasons.

Would the Corsair h150i elite lcd be ok on an Asus z690 strix gaming a motherboard? Will I see an improvement in cooling from the Noctua?

I bought the Corsair H150i elite lcd and I love it. It's so much better looking than the Noctua and the temps seem better. Very happy
