well hopefully i can get mine rma'd as i just took it out of my pc today coz my temps where getting high... to find water leaking from the tubing where it connects to the radiator! upon futher inspection the tubing just snapped of cleanly! 
lucky there is no water in my system!
good guide though will come in handy.

Sorry you had the issue. We'll replace it ASAP or you can RMA with your retailer, whichever option is more convenient for you.

Just a quick question - I have an intel q6600 and Im thinking of lapping it.
I didnt check the base of the H50 to work out if it is flat when I installed it.
So to save me the hassle, is the base flat or is it slightly convex to fit the concavity of the cpus like some heatsinks are?
I seem to remember it was flat but I didnt check properly with a razor etc. I dont want to lap the base of the H50 heatsink so if its not flat I wont lap my cpu.
