Im new
so hello.
I came across a post on here before buying my H50 people asking about noise etc and i thought rather than reply to that id make this thread. people were on about how sensitive people were to noise etc.
I pretty much a quiet freak when it comes to my PC, anything above 20DB annoys me and my freezer pro wasnt so freezing when it came to the summer.
so i just installed my h50 an hour ago and i am very impressed. Iv got it together with a noctua 120mm fan with the Low Noise Adapter on it (without L.N.A the air going through the radiator was making it above 20db ;p)
my idle temps before were around 42 and went upto 60 on load, (freezer pro 64 or summit)
now with h50 on prime full load hottest test thingy it max's at 39-40 and idles about 26-30 and was lower without the L.N.A but couldnt handle the noise.
The pump makes no noise for me, nor can i hear it at all which is excellent, freed up some space. oh and btw i have the fan intaking which hasnt effected any of my other temperatures.
So from a true quiet freak a comment on the H50, no noise water/pump noise (yet) and coupled with a noctua fan, silent.
now the loudest thing in my system is my darn psu with is rated at 30db ARRRRRG, thats the next thing, thankgod my bday soon hehe.
