Corsair H60 CPU Bracket

Hi all i got a new Corsair H60 CPU cooler and the back plate is missing a rubber washer and the plastic has come away (the plastic on the bracket to help the cooling). I was wondering if there is a different bracket i can buy instead off importing one form usa from corsair has this will set me back £23.24 inc postage just for the new bracket kit. If this is a new product and is defective/missing parts, then take it back to the point of purchase and ask for an exchange of product or your money back?
