Got my 2600k at 4.5 and after 20 minutes of Prime95 the temps of core 2&3 reach 86 degrees. The H60 is also in push/pull. Is this abnormally high?

I would say it is, yes. Do you have the voltage pumped right up? If not I'd suspect poor connection between the block and the CPU. What are the idle temps?

its not right,i only reach 71 in intel burn test with noctua d14 cooler, although ive heard the new version of prime95 runs as hot now as ibt? still too high imo @86c

Definitely sounds like somethings not right.

What fans are you using? are they both running at full speed?

How is the pump power connected? Also what speed is the pump running at?

Everything seated correctly?

To put things into perspective my old H80 at 4.8ghz 1.312/1.32v hit ~71/75c under some heavy IBT runs. Yes the H80 is slightly better, but you have a lower clock speed yet 10+c higher temps.

Fans on the rad are the one it came with and a coolermaster one from my case. Pumps connected to a PWR, constant power. How do you find out what speed the pump is running at? I think everything's seated correctly.

Pump needs to have 100% power all the time though? plugging it into a pwm will surely not give it constant power and will vary it like it would a fan.

Okay, moved my two akasa venom case fans into push/pull, blew dust off everything. Realized the screws for the CPU block were quite loose so i tightened them all the way. Been running Prime95 for 25 minutes and highest temp is 75, took about 10 minutes to get from 22 degrees to 75 and hasn't gone any higher.

I ment isn't there a four pin or three pin header that connects from pump to mb CPU fan header? Apart from the power plug?

Temps look better now

With these temps do you guys reckon I could get a higher overclock say 4.6 maybe 4.7? ATM I'm prime stable at 1.328 and highest temps after running prime95 for 55 minutes are 75?
