Corsair H70 pictured

well OCUK leaked it a few days ago

50mm thick rads and dual 1600-1900rpm fans, don't think there's been any word on fpi though

Maybe the pump is better this time but at that price I would never consider it. At that price I would just save up a few pennies more and get proper watercooling.

I think it might just edge out the D14, although a decent 140 rad custom loop will perform a good 5C better

how many cases come with two rad spaces as standard?

I think this is a good stepping stone, a slightly thicker single rad with higher fin density.

When more people have moved over to modern case it might make the argument for a dual solution more convincing financially speaking?

Corsair should do 240mm rad instead of 120mm as many cases is now more roomy end high case as many peoples went for a better airflow cases with more roomy for high end graphic card/s.

The H70 shaves off around 7-8 degrees compared to the H50 and the cost is not 50% more, it is 30.8% more.

Just read a review as it stated "According to Corsair's tests, the new design should produce temperatures that are around 13°C lower than the H50 on an overclocked Core i7 920 chip running at 3.8GHz with 1.34V of juice. Of course, we'll have to verify this for ourselves, but considering that the older H50 was able to run with the best of the air-coolers, such an improvement would be very impressive.

The Hydro H70 will be available sometime next week".
