Can anyone advise me what is going on here? I received back yesterday from supplier (not overclockers) but am now concerned about the fan not spinning on the watercooler.

As you can see as soon as i power on the PC the Fan spins up and then stops surely this can't be right??
Anyone know what is going on and in simple Lehman terms how i can fix?
