Is the Corsair H80i GT Hydro Cooler paste that is already on the unit heatsink ready to go best to use rather than 3rd party pastes ?
Got a guy coming out to have a mess with the system possibly next week or following week and he said dont worry about that he would just clean the contact area of the H80i heatsink an stick some artic silver on there but didnt mention the exact type of artic silver.
I am getting a new exact same replacement mobo and cpu fitted you see as this one may or may not be faulty and the warranty I have covers this but I was just interested to see if the cpu/heatsink paste is best to be the stuff from the H80i or artic silver as I can force them to replace the cooler unit too if required which means it would then have the original Corsair paste on, know what I mean ?
Anyways, hope someone can give me some feedback on this, cheers and thanks
