Corsair h80i high temp problems

Yesterday my pc randomly shutdown. I saw that the logo of my Corsair h80i was flickering yellow instead of a constant white light.
I thaught it was just a power interruption. About an hour later my pc shutdown again. After I restarded my pc looked up my temps at CorsairLink and SpeedFan:

CorsairLink 2:
77°C Gigabyte motherboard
All other temps were between 20-30°C
H80i pump was at max. same for the 2 fans

FanSpeed:
GPU: 26°C
Temp1: 27°C
Temp2: 71°C
Temp3: 66°C
HD1: 24°C
HD0: 30°C
Core: 66°C

These were just the temps I got when I stared up my pc without opening anything. If I start browsing temps will go up to 90°C. My pc will eventually shut down no matter what I'm doing but he will shut down earlier when I'm actually doing something om my pc.

Things I tried to fix the h80i:
- Downloaded the latest CorsairLink 2.7xx
- Changed the numbers 1 to 0 in regedit to fix CorsairLink in Windows 8.1
- updated h80i to a newer version (1.07 I beleive)
- Cleaned up the fans & case.
- Let the pc rest for 8 hours and restarted

I bought this pc at overclockers, they also build it for me. So I didn't try to do anything else than that since I don't understand much of all these components.

PC specs:
- Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 (dual uefi bios) motherboard
- Asus geforce gtf 780 oc edition
- Corsair H80i watercooler
- Corsair 550W Gold PSU
- 2x 4gb Elite Team dd3 memory
- Bitfenix Ronin gaming tower
- AMD FX-8 8370 (they overclocked it to 4.4GHz**)
- Samsung 240ggb ssd
- 2tb HDD
- windows 8.1

I didn't play any high demanding games like crysis the last few weeks, so I don't know how the cpu ever get that high. Nor did any change or even touch anything in the case.
I think there must be something wrong with my h80i watercooler. I've never had any problems with the pc, got it for about 5 months now.
I can't do anything on my pc atm, it will just shutdown after a few mins, or even seconds if I restart the pc right after it shut himself down.

Need help, I got no idea what I have to do :/

** My processor isn't overclocked anymore for quite some time now (a few months). I have no idea how that happend I just saw in the task manager that the max speed is now 3.5ghz instead of 4.4ghz. I don't know if I accidently did that or not, but that's a different "problem".

UPDATE:

1 of the pumps at the block part on the motherboard does vibrate, but the other one is just cold. I can hear the pump starting when I start up my pc. There is coming warm wind out of the fans from the h80i. The block that's on the motherboard also vibrates a bit.

After not using my pc for about 24 hours (except the first few hours I tried restarting the pc to fix the problem) I restarted it and ran it for 30 min without doing anything on it I got these results on SpeedFan:
GPU: 26 c
Temp1: 32 c
Temp2: 49-51 c
Temp3: 34
HD1: 30
HD0: 31
Core: 35

These temps are stable, I got these results after running my pc for 1 hour (without doing anything on the pc).

Does the pump vibrate or hum at the block part? feel your radiator with your hand on start up and if it is cold but the tubes near the block are warm when the temps are high, that means your pump has failed.

If the pump does work, then i would suspect contact with the CPU has diminished.

Likely CPU is running stock again because it overheated on an overclock and has returned to stock for stability.

Make sure the cooler base is seated correctly, also as Avenged said, the pump could have failed.

Have a listen to it if you can, and feel the tubes when the system has been on long enough to warm everything up (10 - 20 mins).

OKay, so have you took the block off to reapply the paste?

The fact you feel the pump vibrate is a good sign. Also the fact you feel warm air is good too.

Have you tried touching the radiator, near where the tubes go in when you have put it under load for a little bit, it should get warm too?

The block that's upon the radiator is warm when I put the pc under load.

I didn't reapply any paste, what should I use?

I used some stuff that came with my xspc water block, cheap but seems to be doing a good job,

probably similar to,

or buy this bit more money

did you clean the old stuff off with tim cleaner ? i use Isopropyl alcohol myself to remove old paste from blocks cpu / gpu ect.
