I have just purchased a H90 for my cooking Haswell 4670k. Quick question regarding fans.
I am assuming you plug the fan into the CPU fan header on the mobo but would it be a 3 pin or 4 pin fan.

Also I have never known the actually difference between the 4 and 3 pin fans. Which is better?

Yes, you can plug in the fan to the CPU_fan header. It should be a 4pin header.
