Hi I'm looking to add a second GPU to my machine, I currently have the above PSU, which has two 6pin GPU outs on it which are both being used to power my HD7950. There are some 5 pin feeds left I'm just wondering if there is anyway I can power a second GPU of of this power supply, looks like there is a possibility of a cable from a couple of 4 pins? Any advice would be appreciated

While you could use some molex to PCI-e adaptors I personally wouldn't. The HX620 launched in 2006 so that's coming on for 18 years ago now so how old is yours? If it's anywhere near that old I wouldn't put any additional stress on it and would actualy be replacing it.
Not that old, but at least ten years or so, ok i'll take a look at something new then. Are there any main vendors I should be looking at that do 6 pin for my 7950 and 8 pin for newer cards, I'm sure everything is still modular these days a quiet?

If I was looking for a new psu right now I would be buying one of the Seasonic Focus Plus units. They are fully modular, gold rated, compact at only 140mm long and have a 10 year warranty. The pci-e cables come as 6+2 pins so that if you only need 6 pins you fold the extra two up out of the way. Most if not all psu's do this these days. The 750w version is a steal at the moment as it's the same price as the 650w version and seeing as you are looking at running a pair of cards would be the better option for you. This deal ends around lunchtime on Wednesday so don't wait too long.

What is this second card you are wanting to run? Just to make sure it's enough power. I take it this is a mining rig?

Second card would be one of the following Vega 56/64 or RX 580/570 or a 1070
