Hi all, I've just built a Win 10 system with a i5-9600k and a Nvidia 1660ti. I'm using my old Corsair HX620W PSU, and it's quite old now - I guess I bought it new in the late 2000s.

Everything runs fine, windows and games etc. However, every second or so, there's a faint little click which I'm sure is coming from the PSU. It's faint and sounds like electricity jumping across something, but I maybe wrong.

Anyone else seen this anything like this - not sure I should trust it, but is there anything I can check before searching for replacement?

I found a post where someone said if they increased the minimum load (by adding fans and drives) it stopped. You could try changing the power plan?

I would have said check for zero-rpm mode, but I don't think the HX620 had zero-rpm? Though, the graphics card might.
