Hmm, if I'm paying an extra £20 for fans though, is it worth simply going for one of the newer models?

I have some gimmicky Bitfenix Spectre Red LED case fans at present.
 
Your call, I used phanteks mp on mine. You don't have to change them right away you might even be happy with the noise

When I say gimmicky I appreciate some people like that kind of thing, I'm plain, boring and minimalist
 
Ahh no bother, I just meant to say that I bet my Spectre fans look nice but **** poor airflow for a radiator :)

I think I might go for one of these and a pair of Vipers, if there up to snuff?
