Hi im using h70 on LGA 1366 at the moment,

Will it also fit the new lga 2011 or do i need to buy new cooler?

I don't think it fits as it will need a different backplate, you might be able to source/mod one, but a better cooler is always a good option, either a H100 (if it will fit in your case) or custom water

I dont think you do use a backplate, screw the 1366 setup directly into the motherboard.
