Corsair Hydro H80 ok for i5-4690k?

The cooler is a good match, as it offers good performance.
The downside is the fact it is a refurb. These are unit which were returned to corsair and now repaired, this could mean all sorts of faults.
Another downside of the refurbs are poor packing, the last time these refurbs sold they were shipped in plain boxes, some not packaged to the best quality. Some units arrived with fluid leaks. You can send it back and get a rpelacment but its a hassle.
There are downsides but that's reflected in the price really.
