My K70 is not receiving any power at all, I have tried all the ports and still nothing.

I have installed my mobo Gigabyte drivers but still nothing.

Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this or is it a faulty product?

Thanks.

Yes, I'm currently using a simple Logitech one and it's fine.

I'll have to try and take it to the store tomorrow. Do you know if it open on bank holiday Monday?

Thanks.

One more thing to try is a BIOS update.

Use Qflash found within the BIOS and stick the BIOS file (extracted) onto a USB pen drive.

Qflash is what I use to apply the update?

I have no idea what I'm supposed to be downloading from their website, could you link me to what I need please?

Thanks.

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4489#bios

Download BIOS F7.

Extract the file and you should see a file around 8MB in size with the name F7.

Place that onto a USB drive

Restart the PC and press DEL to enter the BIOS.

Along the top right is a button named Qflash, click on it and open the utility.

Choose update from drive and locate the file on your USB pen drive, click next or OK etc.

Let it do its thing and it will update the BIOS and restart the system afterwards.

Reneter the BIOS and check any settings such as Boot Priority etc are correct if you changed them from stock settings.

Still no luck, and I have tried it with a couple of computers, too. Looks like it's definitely a dodgy product. I bought the keyboard online from OCUK - can I still return to store do you think?

Thank you for your help - much appreciated!

Didn't work. Says 'Cannot open USB device, please plug the device into a USB port or a reinstall driver!'

Thanks for the help though.
