Corsair K90 problems :(

Heya,

How do people rate the Corsair Keyboards?

I've had 2 K90s now, and both have developed an LED key failure.

The 2nd is getting an RMA for a refund.

"LED Key failure"? Could you please elaborate as I also own a K90 but i do not understand what you mean. You mean like back lighting failure?

Is this where if you have the LED light on, it makes the keys do different things?

Such as, if the light is 0% or 33%, it types 123
66% types !"£
100% doesnt work

?

Sounds like a complete hardware error to me, like the backlight is linked to the shift key or something.

I mean the LED backlight on the key was working, till one day, it stopped.

1st K90 - [3] key on number pad

My 2nd K90 - [enter] key on main keyboard

Thats what I mean

Well its bound to be a fairly common issue, considering how many switches are put into the K90 keyboards worldwide, a simple LED failure seems highly plausible, just your the unlucky one to have it twice in a row.
