Hello, i just bought one of them k95s on offer this week, i wanna test it out in some games but i cant get the GKeys to save key stroke combinations. Could anyone let me know how its done, googling it didnt bring any answers. I use combinations of Ctrl+Alt+lots of keys for lots of things so theyre the ones i wanna get saved. I tried using the macro record button but that only saves them in sequence and not at the same time.

I've been full logitec for mouse, keyboard and gaming board for a while now so i know how to do it in there but i just cant find the option for it in the corsair software.

Cheers.

Hmm an i been stupid or something? I just cant see anyway to add modifier keys to a macro. Does the corsair software just not allow modifiers in macros or something? Its pretty useless to me if thats the case.

Ok sussed it finally, its nothing to do with the modifier keys, they record fine with the macro button, it wasnt using them because the games i was trying to use them in were running as admin and the corsair software wasnt. Apparently if theyre not running on teh same privilege level they dont get recognized. As soon as i told everything to just run as admin including my overclocking software then all the keybinds worked in all the programs no matter what keys i used.

I don't know how the logitec software got around this but sumhow it did, anyway i hope this helps anyone else trying to get their gkeys working properly in games/programs.

Don't know if it works for the K95, but it definitely works for my older K90 - there is an option in the Corsair software to upload the macros to the keyboard; it takes a little time but once done you can use the macro keys independently of the software (inputs come directly from the keyboard).

Yeah apparently thats what the "Hardware" tickbox does at the bottom, i havent figured out how to get that working yet though, when ever i tick it all the macros just stop working.
