Corsair K95 Issue

Hey i bought a corsair k95 rbg not to long ago about 2 month ago and some reason my keyboard has gone mad some of the keys are not showing certain colours like when there meant to be red there blue when meant to be green there orange etc and wont change iv tried different usb reinstalled corsair utility and other things

anyone know how to fix or what i should do about it thanks

tested it on a totally new profile? Have you updated the firmware via the CUE?

yep tested on new profile also in different usb slots and updated the firmware its weird

when i make the keyboard all red they flicker blue purple blue purple then sometimes go kinda redish/pink but then they just go back to blue lol

Sounds like you will need to rma it. Only other thing I can think of to test would be enabling/disabling the 16million color mode.

yeah i am thinking also rma

ocuk said they will do it but iv gotta print out some address thing :S do not have a printer and the nearest dpd drop off is like 5 miles and i dont have a car lol
